PETER ZACAROLI, COLOURIST / ONLINE EDITOR
A talented colourist, Peter’s reputation precedes him. He started West Digital over 15 years ago and has built up a following with Directors, Producers and Production Companies. Peter is always in demand across a wide range of genres. Over the last few years, he’s been specialising in Factual, Factual Entertainment and Features. Recent credits include, ‘Railways of the Holocaust’ (Channel 5), ‘DHL: Delivering the World’ (Channel 5), ‘Chris Tarrant: Extreme Railway Journeys’ (Channel 5), ‘The Last Testament of Lillian Bilocca’ (BBC4), ‘Star Wars A Definitive History’ (Channel 5), ‘Inside Buckingham Palace’ (Channel 5) and ‘The Green Park: Tales From a Jewish Hotel‘ (Feature). Outside of post production, Peter enjoys photography and spending time with his family while running up and down mountains with Harriet the Labrador.
AZEM KOLA, ONLINE EDITOR / COLOURIST
Az has been with us since 2008 and has worked his way up through the company from runner to Head of MCR and is now a key member of the finishing team. Recent credits include, ‘Coast v Country’ (Channel 4), ‘Fish Wars’ (CNA), ‘Inside the Storm’ (CNA) and ‘A Place in the Sun’ (Channel 4). Outside of work, Az is a keen climber and photographer.
STEPHEN OLSEN, EDITOR
Stephen’s passion for all that is film, animation & design can be seen in his tireless commitment to the creative industries. Spanning over 10 years, 3 continents and 6 years in academia, he’s in his element pushing the boundaries of narrative and visual style for corporate video. Expect his personal commitment to crafting only the most engaging and innovative of work, on time, on budget & with a splash of jazz!
ED MURCHINGTON, EDITOR
After studying film making in Bristol, Ed started out in broadcast news as a camera operator, shooting interviews with some pretty prominent politicians, athletes, actors and musicians, often conducting the interviews himself. Ed freelanced as an editor/videographer for over 3 years, working for big brands like Nike, Converse and Virgin. He’s also edited content for major sporting events including the 2016 Rio Olympics, 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, 6 Nations Rugby tournament, London Marathon and Red Bull Air Race. We’re extremely pleased to have on board.
DJIN VAN DER GEER, SENIOR EDITOR
Djin joined our little family back in 2010 as a self-taught video editor. He has extensive experience in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere along with After Effects. His background is in music, theatre and design with a degree in audio engineering. Easy going and creative he is experienced in helping directors of all levels realise their vision. He’s now one of our key ‘players’ in the Hague.

Emma has worked her way up through the company from edit assistant via MCR operator and now head’s up the MCR. An incredibly organised, knowledgeable and hardworking member of the MCR team… We love her!
LIAM HUGHES, MCR OPERATOR
Liam graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Film and Television Production. Since then he has worked as a freelance Camera Operator and Editor. He’s now a key member of our MCR team.
ADAM JOUAHRI, MCR OPERATOR
Adam is a highly regarded member of the MCR team who has experience in directing, producing, writing and location recording. Adam is a Filmmaking & Creative Media graduate from the University of the West of England, where he received the Roger Cranshaw Prize; awarded for, “a Media Practice student whose work most exhibits qualities of imagination and originality, and is least confined by orthodoxy”. Adam describes himself as highly motivated and has his sights set on becoming a sound editor.
AMORILDO PJETRI, MCR OPERATOR
Amo is a Middlesex University Film & Television graduate who has, “a profound interest in the production process of film making as well as an admiration for the technical arts”. Amo is a highly regarded member of the team who gets a lot of love from editors and production.
